The Origin Story
I was born with a label maker in my hand—color‑coding toys before “Marie Kondo” was a verb. In China, I built systems that transformed the chaos of American university admissions for Chinese students into seamless matches. Today, I do the same for leaders and teams: turning “How does this even work?” into “Why didn’t we do this sooner?”
Because when clarity meets execution, success stops feeling accidental—and starts becoming inevitable.
Realizations Along the Way
I came to see organizing as more than a skill—it’s a conscious, intentional, and strategic practice. Clutter shows up not just in our physical spaces, but in interactions we have with others and mental space, quietly draining energy and clarity.
True transformation happens when we organize intentionally across three dimensions: space, people, and energy. By letting go of what no longer serves us—whether outdated files, draining dynamics, or self‑doubt—we make room for what truly matters.
What we choose to organize, we empower. And what we empower, we help grow.
Beyond the Playbook
I studied hard on frameworks, but don’t stop at them—I build custom solutions grounded in decades of leadership and operational experience. I’ve kept my inbox near zero even on chaotic days, flawlessly executed high‑profile events with no documentation, and built systems so effective they helped my boss earn a promotion. I’ve sorted screws in the supply closet and predicted market pivots before competitors sensed them—because real impact lives in both the big picture and the smallest details.
My Secret Weapon
Today, I help executives and teams turn friction into flow, clutter into clarity, and confusion into confident action. My people‑first approach makes growth feel natural; my “just get it done” mindset delivers quick, measurable wins; and my strategic foresight keeps organizations ahead of change. Because when systems serve your people—and your people feel empowered—success isn’t just possible. It’s inevitable.
